We build in the open.
Most of what we ship starts in the open. Our libraries are MIT, our applications ship with a self-hostable edition under copyleft, and our source-available products keep their code public so you can read what you run. We believe in shared ownership, transparent development, and software you can trust because you can read it.
How we work
A few principles we hold.
Simple
One thing, done well. We resist the temptation to add features that don't serve a clear purpose.
Reliable
Software you can depend on. We take stability seriously and ship conservatively.
Structured
Good systems are easier for people to understand and easier for agents to use safely. We design for both.
Transparent
Open by default. Our code, roadmaps, and decisions are public wherever possible.
